What’s therapy like?


A lot of it is talking, you talking, me listening. It’s good to talk to friends to family but therapy offers a different relationship where the focus is exclusively on you, your concerns, your hopes and fears.  Together we can work to explore what is working in your life and what is not. I won’t judge, label or advise you or provide ready-made solutions but work with you to develop a better sense of you are, what you value, what you believe in, maybe discover strengths that you have forgotten you have.
